What if someone receive 666

If Someone Receives 666 - The Mark of the Beast?

They will "drink of the wine of the wrath of God" and "be tormented with fire and brimstone" — FOR EVER AND EVER!

Revelation 14:9-11 reads:

And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Revelation 14:9-11

And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 19:20

And make no mistake — the world is zooming toward 666!

To think for one second, the rapid increase in technology preparing the way for 666 is just coincident is impossible. There is too much evidence. There is just too many coincidents.

There is an unseen "hand" zooming the world toward a global "digital world" of electronic-commerce, electronic-identification!

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
Revelation 13:16-18
2,000 years ago, the Bible foretold of these events, and they're being fulfilled to the smallest detail — before your very eyes!

The Bible prophesies of an event before the Mark of the Beast called the Rapture. When the Lord Jesus Christ will call out or "rapture" all the truly saved people.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1 Corinthians 15:51-52

One day, one night, very soon, millions around the globe will suddenly disappear. Loved ones, friends, children, spouses, neighbors will suddenly vanish. Chaos and fear will plague the streets.

And as much as you'd like to disbelieve and ignore it

IT WILL HAPPEN!

AND IT WILL HAPPEN SOON!

To realize how near we are to the rapture, 666 - the Mark of the Beast is not even initiated UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF THE TRIBULATION.

AND YET WE'RE NEARLY THERE!

Are you ready for the rapture?

The hour is very late! Friend, you do not want to miss the Rapture! The time of the tribulation will be beyond anything imaginable! Think of the horror when EVIL WILL COMPLETELY TAKEOVER! The whole world will be controlled by SATAN HIMSELF!

Billy Graham, in his book, Storm Warning, makes this warning:

"There is something ominous in the air, and I am intrigued by both THE HORROR AND HOPE of what lies just ahead." (Storm Warning, Billy Graham, p.66)
You might be thinking. . . well, when the rapture happens, I'll KNOW the Bible was telling the truth — and then I'll get saved.

That's not what the Bible says. . .

I've had people say, "How will the anti-Christ explain away the sudden disappearance of several million people?. The Bible says in 2 Thessalonians 2, "God shall send them STRONG DELUSION, that they should believe a LIE." Not just "delusion" but "STRONG delusion".

9 Even him [anti-Christ], whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12
Did you see what you just read in 2 Thessalonians? ". . .because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. . ." Friend, that's YOU — If you've never received Jesus Christ.

FRIEND — THIS COULD BE YOUR LAST WARNING!

Please don't miss the rapture! Revelation 9:6 describes the horror:
"And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them." Revelation 9:6
Have you ever been saved?

It's simple to be saved

In fact, it's so simple, it's hard to believe! It's so simple people are deceived in thinking it can't be that simple. BUT IT IS! The apostle Paul warns, in 2 Corinthians 11:3 of Satan deceiving you by the simplicity in Jesus Christ.

"But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the SIMPLICITY THAT IS IN CHRIST." 2 Corinthians 11:3

You know what? You can be saved right now. You can be saved right where you are! This very minute!

How to be Saved?

Realize you are a sinner.

"As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" Romans 3:10

"... for there is no difference. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23
Realize you will face JUDGEMENT because of your sins.
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this THE JUDGEMENT:" Hebrews 9:27

"So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God." Romans 14:12

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:12-15

Realize you CAN NOT save yourself.
"But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; ..." Isaiah 64:6

"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, ..." Titus 3:5

Realize that Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for your sins.
"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, ..." 1 Peter 2:24
"... Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood," Revelation 1:5
Simply receive Jesus Christ by faith as your personal Savior
"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:" John 1:12

"...Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." Acts 16:30,31

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

Salvation is trusting and receiving Jesus Christ as your Savior. It's trusting in the fact that Jesus Christ died on the cross of Calvary to pay for your sins! It's realizing there is absolutely nothing whatsoever you can do to save yourself and completely trusting in Jesus Christ to save you! It's not any church that saves. It's not baptism, not good works, not sacraments, not repenting, not praying through, not enduring to the end, not living a good life — IT'S NOT ANYTHING YOU CAN DO!

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES: it is the gift of God:
9 NOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast.Ephesians 2:8-9

Now isn't that plain? NOT OF YOURSELVES. . . NOT OF WORKS. . .

HOW TO BE SAVED?

Pray this prayer, and mean it with all your heart.

Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and unless you save me I am lost forever. I thank you for dying for me at Calvary and paying for my sins. I come to you now, Lord, just as You said in Your Word, the best way I know how, and ask you to save me. I now receive you as my Savior. In Jesus Christ Name, Amen.

If you just prayed that prayer — according to the Word of God — YOU ARE SAVED! HALLELUJAH!

You say, but I don't feel any different. Guess what? Your salvation does not depend on your feeling. It ALL depends on doing what God SAID!

God said if you receive and trust in Jesus Christ you are saved. Notice it does NOT say you "might" or "could" be saved — but "shall be saved". YOU ARE SAVED!

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord SHALL BE SAVED. Romans 10:13

Didn't you just believe on the Lord Jesus Christ? Look at what John 3:36 says! It says you HATH EVERLASTING LIFE! Not "maybe" or "hope so" — BUT HATH — YOU ARE SAVED!

He that believeth on the Son HATH EVERLASTING LIFE: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. John 3:36
Friend, if you prayed the prayer and received Jesus Christ — YOU ARE SAVED! You did what God said — AND GOD CANNOT LIE!
In hope of eternal life, which God, THAT CANNOT LIE, promised before the world began; Titus 1:2

What to do next?

1. Start reading the Bible. Read the gospel of John. Then read the New Testament. Then start in Genesis and read the whole Bible. And when you finish the whole Bible – start over again. Read your Bible everyday. Three chapters a day (about 10 minutes) will read it through in a year.

As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: 1 Peter 2:2

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. Luke 4:4

2. Start a prayer life. You say, I don't know how to pray. Just talk to God like you do anybody else. There's no use tp get pious and pomp before the Lord, He knows all about you anyway. Get a notebook and start a prayer list. Put down your friends and loved ones that need to be saved. Pray for the president, the country. If you have needs, health, financial, marriage problems — ask God to help you. Pray about EVERYTHING. Open the door of the day (morning) with prayer and lock the night with prayer. You can not pray too much. In your day by day activities – pray. At work – pray. Driving in the car – pray. Wherever and whenever – pray. Decide that prayer is going to be your life-long friend.

Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice. Psalm 55:17

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Matthew 7:7-8

3. Tell somebody about Jesus. Go tell someone when you get through reading this that you just got saved. Tell your family. Tell your friends. Tell the world! Try to find someone everyday you can tell about Jesus.
And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ. Acts 5:42
4. Fellowship with other Christians. Find you a local Bible-Belieiving Baptist church. If you can't find one, email us and we'll try to locate one in your area. You need the fellowship of a local church. You need the leadership of a pastor. You need the teaching and preaching you can only get in the local church.
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Hebrews 10:25

HISTORY

Genealogy and family

Main articles: Genealogy of Jesus and Desposyni

Of the four gospels, only Matthew and Luke give accounts of Jesus' genealogy. The accounts in the two gospels are substantially different, and various theories have been proposed to explain the discrepancies.[21] Both accounts, however, trace his line back to King David and from there to Abraham. These lists are identical between Abraham and David, but they differ between David and Joseph. Matthew starts with Solomon and proceeds through the kings of Judah to the last king, Jeconiah. After Jeconiah, the line of kings terminated when Babylon conquered Judah. Thus, Matthew shows that Jesus is the legal heir to the throne of Israel. Luke's genealogy is longer than Matthew's; it goes back to Adam and provides more names between David and Jesus.

Joseph, husband of Mary, appears in descriptions of Jesus' childhood. No mention, however, is made of Joseph during the ministry of Jesus.

The New Testament books of Matthew, Mark, and Galatians tell of Jesus' relatives, including what may have been brothers and sisters.[22] The Greek word adelphos in these verses, often translated as brother, can refer to any familial relation, and most Catholics and Eastern Orthodox Christians translate the word as kinsman or cousin in this context (see Perpetual virginity of Mary). Luke also mentions that Elizabeth, mother of John the Baptist, was a "cousin" or "relative" of Mary (Luke 1:36), which would make John a distant cousin of Jesus.

Nativity and early life

According to Matthew and Luke, Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea to Mary, a virgin, by a miracle of the Holy Spirit. The Gospel of Luke gives an account of the angel Gabriel visiting Mary to tell her that she was chosen to bear the Son of God (Luke 1:26–38). According to Luke, an order of Caesar Augustus had forced Mary and Joseph to leave their homes in Nazareth and come to the home of Joseph's ancestors, the house of David, for the Census of Quirinius.

After Jesus' birth, the couple was forced to use a manger in place of a crib because of a shortage of accommodation (Luke 2:1–7). According to Luke, an angel announced Jesus' birth to shepherds who left their flocks to see the newborn child and who subsequently publicized what they had witnessed throughout the area (see The First Noël). Matthew tells of the "Wise Men" or "Magi" who brought gifts to the infant Jesus after following a star which they believed was a sign that the King of the Jews had been born (Matthew 2:1–12).

Jesus' childhood home is identified as the town of Nazareth in Galilee. Except for a journey to Egypt by his family in his infancy to escape Herod's Massacre of the Innocents and a short trip to Tyre and Sidon (in what is now Lebanon), the Gospels place all other events in Jesus' life in ancient Israel.[23] According to Matthew, the family remained in Egypt until Herod's death, whereupon they returned to Nazareth to avoid living under the authority of Herod's son and successor Archelaus (Matthew 2:19–23).

Only Luke tells that Jesus was found teaching in the temple by his parents after being lost. The Finding in the Temple (Luke 2:41–52) is the only event between Jesus' infancy and baptism mentioned in any of the canonical Gospels. According to Luke, Jesus was "about thirty years of age" when he was baptized (Luke 3:23). In Mark, Jesus is called a carpenter. Matthew says he was a carpenter's son, however, the Greek word used in the Gospel is "tekton" meaning "builder," which suggests he could have been an artisan of some type as well. It is also assumed that Jesus may have spent some or all of his first 30 years practicing his craft with his father (Mark 6:3, Matthew 13:55).

Baptism and Temptation

All three synoptic Gospels describe the Baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist, an event which Biblical scholars describe as the beginning of Jesus' public ministry. According to these accounts, Jesus came to the Jordan River where John the Baptist had been preaching and baptizing people in the crowd. Matthew describes John as initially hesitant to comply with Jesus' request for John to baptize him, stating that it was Jesus who should baptize him. Jesus persisted, "It is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness" (Matthew 3:15). After Jesus was baptized and rose from the water, Mark states Jesus "saw the heavens parting and the Spirit descending upon Him like a dove. Then a voice came from heaven saying: 'You are My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased'" (Mark 1:10–11). The Gospel of John does not describe the baptism, but it does attest that Jesus is the very one about whom John the Baptist had been preaching — the Son of God.

Following his baptism, Jesus was led into the desert by God where he fasted for forty days and forty nights (Matthew 4:1–2). During this time, the devil appeared to him and tempted Jesus three times. Each time, Jesus refused temptation with a quotation of scripture from the Book of Deuteronomy. The devil departed and angels came and brought nourishment to Jesus (Matthew 4:1–11, Mark 1:12–13, Luke 4:1–13)

JESUS FROM NAZARETH

Jesus of Nazareth (7–2 BC/BCE to 26–36 AD/CE),[3][4] also known as Jesus Christ, is the central figure of Christianity, revered by most Christians as the incarnation of God, and is also an important figure in several other religions.

The name "Jesus" is an Anglicization of the Greek Ίησους (Iēsous), itself a Hellenization of the Hebrew יהושע (Yehoshua) or Hebrew-Aramaic ישוע (Yeshua), meaning "YHWH rescues". "Christ" is a title derived from the Greek Χριστός (Christós), meaning the "Anointed One," which corresponds to the Hebrew-derived "Messiah".[5]

The main sources of information regarding Jesus' life and teachings are the gospels. Most scholars in the fields of history and biblical studies agree that Jesus was a Galilean Jew, was regarded as a teacher and healer, was baptized by John the Baptist, and was crucified in Jerusalem on orders of Roman Governor Pontius Pilate, on the charge of sedition against the Roman Empire.[6][7] Most critical scholars believe that ancient texts on Jesus' life are at least partially accurate.[8][9]

Christian views of Jesus (see also Christology) center on the belief that Jesus is divine, is the Messiah whose coming was prophesied in the Old Testament, and that he was resurrected after his crucifixion. Christians predominantly believe that Jesus is the "Son of God" (generally meaning that he is God the Son, the second person in the Trinity), who came to provide salvation and reconciliation with God. Other Christian beliefs include Jesus' virgin birth, performance of miracles, ascension into Heaven, and future Second Coming. While the doctrine of the Trinity is widely accepted by Christians, a small minority instead hold various nontrinitarian beliefs concerning the divinity of Jesus.

In Islam, Jesus (Arabic: عيسى‎, commonly transliterated as Isa) is considered one of God's important prophets,[10][11] a bringer of scripture, a worker of miracles, and the Messiah. Muslims, however, believe Jesus was not divine and not crucified, but ascended bodily to heaven.
